We are excited to start leading you to Culinary Medicine practice.  The steps you will below are requisite to advance to the next modules.  To encourage thorough comprehension on the course content, we will be unlocking the succeeding units as soon as we get your 90% of required task submissions.  Please be informed that we are reviewing task submissions every Thursday and new units are unlocked every Tuesday.  We can't guarantee responding to all of your submissions as it may sometimes get redirected to other folders and may not be successfully delivered due to technical issues.  Please use the contact form or help link in the website whenever you don't receive acknowledgement so we can check on it and make sure we got what you submitted.

We will be compiling all task submissions you will send and organize them as your book at the end of the course.  We highly encourage you do your best in all the tasks as it will be the content of your first CulinaryMD book.

STEP 2: Introduction to Culinary Medicine 

This section is accessible to all students enrolled in either modular or full course.
INTRODUCTION

STEP 3: Article Review

Article review is included in all Modules you'll have in Culinary Medicine.  This will provide you references of evidence-based practices that you may utilize in your future practice.  At the end of your readings, create a reflective journal describing salient points you learned from each article (not less than 500 words).  The Journal must contain the title of the Article, your name and date of submission.

STEP 4: MODULES

Each unit is composed of several subjects and activities.  You may access each unit in chronological order and submit completed activity requirement.  Evaluation will be accessible after completion of unit activities.  Please note that your access to succeeding units in the module will be automatically opened as you comply at least 80% of the total content requirement.
