Every practitioner in the field of Medicine is totally aware that the leading cause of death worldwide is largely LIFESTYLE RELATED.  And these killer diseases are not only devastating the general population, but the medical practitioners at large.  Now we come to a point where strong evidences are directing towards LIFESTYLE BEHAVIOR CHANGE to yield significant positive health outcome in different levels of healthcare.  This part of the treatment guidelines that has been displayed long enough at the top level of algorithms are now coming to our senses and is highly appreciated more than ever.

Culinary medicine offers a simple approach to understand how food choices relate to your personal health, behavior and healthcare goals.  It is the practice of helping you use nutrition and good cooking habits to restore and maintain health.  More importantly, culinary medicine offers you an opportunity to practice basic culinary skills and taste healthy recipes alongside with health education, and all of which are taught in a way that effectively translates to your home kitchen.
