Every practitioner in medicine is aware that the leading cause of death worldwide is mainly LIFESTYLE RELATED. And these killer diseases are not only devastating the general population but the medical practitioners at large. Now we come to a point where substantial evidence is directed towards LIFESTYLE BEHAVIOR CHANGE to yield significant positive health outcomes in different healthcare levels.
